Intending buyers can register prior to auction commencing and obtain a bidders number. The following details are required for registration- DATE, NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, and LICENCE NUMBER. The bidder is required to show their drivers licence to the Morisset Auction staff upon registration for identification purposes.

All bidders agree with Morisset Auctions to be bound by the conditions of auctions as displayed throughout the auction room.

Inspection days for any auctions are generally Tuesday to Saturday or as advertised. Morisset Auctions encourages prospective buyers to inspect item of interest to ensure they are satisfied with the item prior to bidding. Buyers are expected to have taken advantage of inspection days and no refunds will be given. All items in the auction are sold as is.

On Site Auction viewing is Friday 10 - 3 or morning of sale from 8.30 

Any breakages must be paid for by the person who is responsible for the damage.

Safety shoes need to be worn on day of auction and viewing day . 

NO WARRANTIES are given to any goods unless stated in the catalogue. Items are best described to our ability.

Full payment is required before purchase can be collected. Payments can be made by cash, bank cheque or eftpos. We do accepted credit cards except for Dinners Club and American Express. Personal and business cheques will only be accepted if an arrangement has been made with Morisset Auction prior to the auction .All payments must be made in 24 hours. 

A transaction fee of 1.5% of the total sale price will apply to all card transactions.

A 20buyer’s premium fee will be added to all sales. A $1.00 lotting fee will be added to all items bought 

The Auctioneer might ask for a deposit once bidding is placed 


Purchases cannot be collected unless receipt of payment in full has been made .Purchases must be collected on the day of auction or the following day unless organized by owner of property.
